Prior to the US Open's occurrence, a family-friend event called Arthur Ashe Kids Day occurs. Each year, events such as face-painting happen for the younger crowd and performers come to entertain all. Previous acts have included Demi Lovato, Justin Bieber, and The Jonas Brothers. On August 25, 2012 - Arthur Ashe Kids Day took to Flushing, NY once again.
