It's Only A Matter of Time Before PARK LANE Takes Over the Music Scene!
(NEW YORK, NY) "Do it because you love it and because you're passionate about it. You know you're passionate about something when you'll do it for free and you can't wait until the sun comes up the next day, so you can do it again."
It's only a matter of time before PARK LANE takes over the alternative music scene. The passion in their eyes and the way they speak about their music only gives viewers a glimpse of how much music means to all of them. In this day and age, where pop culture tends to focus on the celebrity aspect of everything, it is always refreshing to see a band whose sole purpose for being a band is because of the passion and the music. I've never been in the presence of a band that appreciative, kind, and hilarious all at the same time and it was honestly a pleasure. As I awaited in the Big Machine Media offices for PARK LANE to arrive, a mere twenty minutes later I was greeted by new, smiling faces. After a twenty minute conversation with members Carley Coma, Mike Keller, and Grayson Hurd, one who may have overheard would've assumed we had all known each other for years prior to the interview, just based off of the friendliness and great flow of conversation. The twenty minutes of conversation was filled with smiles and laughter, but grew in seriousness when the conversation shifted to heavier topics. PARK LANE exists for you - the fans - and they want to help you. When getting into the mindset they needed to be in whilst recording their album, Letters From The Fire, Carley immediately told me that their producer told them to think that a kid would be listening to their lyrics, to their music and these lyrics of theirs may be the only escape for them; their lyrics could prevent one person from taking their life. Yet, that's what PARK LANE wants to do. With all the negativity in the world, they don't want to add to the problems, they want to be a part of the solution. You could see it in their eyes that they mean it. So many bands may be able to speak about how they want to help or what they want to do to help, but PARK LANE is already helping. There are no gimmicks, they aren't in it for the money or the fame that may come with being in this band. That's not what they are about at all. This band exists for you the fans and they will continue to exist because of you. The California based band is gearing up to release their album, Letters From The Fire, as they tour with FUEL on tour this fall. The tour kicked off on August 29th in Kearney, NE and will continue until October 7th, where the tour will conclude in Houston, TX. As the tour has progressed, PARK LANE's fan base has increased as well. Between sold out shows and energetic performances, it's no wonder why their fan base is rapidly increasing. The band's Facebook page has been overflowing with messages from fans who they had met at a previous show just thanking them for their kindness and also for the show they put on. This combination of passion and talent PARK LANE possesses makes them a force to be reckoned with. Everyone should watch out, because sooner or later, PARK LANE will be taking over the music scene. Mark my words. Remember to pick up your own copy of Letters From The Fire on September 20th and catch PARK LANE at a city near you. Not only are they incredibly talented musicians, but they are appreciative and sincere people, as well. To find such a genuine band in the music industry nowadays in quite a difficult task, but you won't have to search any longer for that band. Everyone has that one band that changes their life - let PARK LANE be that band for you.
