One Direction made their national televison debut on The Today Show earlier today! Thousands upon thousands over fans crowded New York City in hopes of catching the slightest glimpse of their favorite UK boy banders. While on the show, One Direction performed both "What Makes You Beautiful" and "One Thing." The guys have been busy while they've been staying in New York! Alongside Big Time Rush, they attended Big Time Rush's movie premiere, and shared the stage with them at Radio City Music Hall. Looks like boy bands are back, bigger than ever!
While being interviewed, One Direction shared that the best part of this whole experience is that they've all "gained four new best friends", and moments like their Today Show performance, where they were performing in front of thousands in New York City. Their debut album, "Up All Night" has charted #1 in various countries around the world, and have the opportunity to 'check off' another country this week, if they chart #1 in America. Here's to wishing the guys good luck! And here's to being grateful for boy bands being back!
How long do YOU think One Direction will be around for? Are boy bands REALLY back?
